_x000d_ Senior(Infra) Project Manager ( 10 to 15 years )

_x000d_ Qualifications:
_x000d_ • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification.

• • Experience leading infrastructure technology projects and leading teams to execute highly complex initiatives of significant scope, scale and risk to successfully deliver objectives and benefits.
_x000d_ • Skillful in adopting corporate project management standards (which incorporate PMI standards), IT controls, risk and regulatory requirements.
_x000d_ • Familiarity with infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Network, Database, Middleware, Mainframe).
_x000d_ • Familiarity working with Project tools such as

• Clarity. Azure DevOps or JIRA, MS Office Suite etc.

• Service Now: Application Portfolio Management (APM), API Inventory, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Governance & Risk Compliance (GRC) for management of IPTs (Issue Problem & Threats), Configuration Management Database (CMDB). 

Must have Skills:

• Expertise in Waterfall, Hybrid or Agile methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability leading multiple concurrent projects under a program/portfolio.

• Independent self-starter with an ability to drive results, overcome obstacles and meet deadlines.
_x000d_ • Sound analytical problem-solving skills to simplify the complex.
_x000d_ • Adept at navigating a matrixed environment to influence all levels of the organization.
_x000d_ • Effectively collaborate ensuring appropriate level of engagement from all members of the team.

Nice to Haves:
_x000d_ • Experience in a large financial services firm or highly regulated industry a plus
_x000d_ • Experience leading application development initiatives
