Job Description

Responsibilities

GST compliances including filing of monthly returns, annual returns, ISD returns, etc
Support GST refunds process and monitoring
Corporate tax compliances including filing of tax returns, supporting tax audit, TDS and transfer pricing compliance.
Support corporate tax assessments and litigation
Support GST audits and litigation
Support other statutory reporting
Support tax accounting
Advice business of tax implications
Support tax planning and drive efficiency
Handle inquiries from tax authorities
Track and follow up on legislative changes

Minimum Qualifications

Chartered Accountant with relevant work experience in taxation
Good communication skills (in writing and speaking) of English
Proactive attitude to identify and analyze problems, to make logical, fact-based decisions
Openness to new concepts and ideas, willingness to learn and use new procedures and technologies
Good analytical and numerical skills
Excellent time management
Professional, emotionally mature and ethical, social skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personality styles and types
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work on strict deadlines in a dynamic/fast paced business environment while being a good team player

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in GST compliance and litigation
Prior experience in corporate tax compliance and litigation an added advantage
