_x000d_ Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

B.E./B.Tech from a top-tier government-recognized university/institution, with additional qualifications such as MCA, MBA, or M.Tech being advantageous.
_x000d_ Experience in deploying generative AI applications, working with machine learning operations (MLOps), AI model development, lifecycle management, and technical project management, with exposure to AI/ML projects.
_x000d_ Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements related to AI and cloud deployments.

To qualify for the role you must have
_x000d_ Qualification

_x000d_ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with certifications in relevant fields such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, PMP, or ITIL being highly regarded.
_x000d_ Proven experience as a DevOps Manager or Technical Program Manager in AI or software development environments, with a strong background in DevOps practices and cloud services, particularly Azure.
_x000d_ Proficiency in scripting languages, infrastructure as code, CI/CD tools, version control systems, containerization, orchestration technologies, and monitoring tools.
_x000d_ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
_x000d_ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Experience

_x000d_ Lead and oversee the AI in Tax initiative projects and the deployment of generative AI applications, ensuring timely delivery, high availability, scalability, and adherence to budget constraints.
_x000d_ Manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure setup, maintenance, and optimization on Azure cloud services, and the application deployment process across various environments.
_x000d_ Collaborate with internal teams, AI researchers, developers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and seamless integration of AI models into production.
_x000d_ Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and security of applications and infrastructure.
_x000d_ Facilitate user onboarding, training sessions, and provide regular updates to senior management to maximize adoption of new AI technologies.
_x000d_ Drive automation initiatives, address team issues, manage resources effectively, and support the professional growth of team members.
_x000d_ Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in DevOps, cloud security, and project management.
_x000d_ Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI, DevOps, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies.
_x000d_ Manage budgeting for infrastructure, deployment-related expenses, and project costs.
_x000d_ Manage and oversee the AI in Tax initiative projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
_x000d_ Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
_x000d_ Facilitate user onboarding and training sessions to maximize adoption of new AI technologies.
_x000d_ Monitor project progress, conduct analytics, and provide regular updates to senior management.
_x000d_ Review and provide feedback on UI/UX designs to ensure a user-centric approach.
_x000d_ Address team issues, manage resources effectively, and support the professional growth of team members.
_x000d_ Oversee the application deployment process across various environments, ensuring seamless integration.
_x000d_ Engage in problem-solving and coordination to address project challenges and dependencies.
_x000d_ Handle ad-hoc requests and support ancillary project needs as they arise.
