Job Description

Responsibilities

:  
-    The candidate for this role displays intellectual curiosity and a passion to drive big organizational changes. 
-    Understand As-Is process & data related to the functional area within Talent Supply Chain globally
•    Create detailed process, policy & system design documents which will become a base for the new ERP implementation for the functional area
•    Identify opportunities to simplify and align to the global process design for the functional area
•    Conduct Gap analysis and create a change journeys / solution implementation roadmap across process, data and systems over the next 18-24 months till the new ERP 
•    Work closely with Talent Supply Chain Transformation Leader for the functional area and drive execution of solution implementation roadmap 
•    Drive change across various business stakeholders to support adoption of the solutions
•    Seed external breathing in the way we solve challenges across the functional area
•    Support new ERP solution build to automate the standard global process design for the regions & relevant businesses
-    and board members, to present technology strategies, progress updates, and future plans.
-    Risk Management: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities related to technology implementations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, security protocols, and compliance measures to safeguard intellectual property.


Minimum Qualifications

•    Solid problem solving, critical thinking & analytical skills
•    Exposure to HR process simplification and Tech implementations in HR 
•    Experience of working with senior stakeholders
•    Excellent relationship management & influencing skills
•    Storytelling & Executive presence
•    Experience in using lean six sigma & design thinking is preferred
Excellent Program Management skills & proven execution rigor reflected through medium to large scale change initiatives
