Job Description

Responsibilities


1.    Develop and implement communication and content strategies:
a.    Design and execute communication strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
b.    Create targeted messaging that resonates with potential candidates, new hires, and existing employees while maintaining a consistent brand tone of voice.
c.    Adapt and refine messaging for various communication channels, ensuring consistency and relevance to different talent segments.
d.    Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of communication strategies through ongoing assessment and optimization.
2.    Employer branding:
a.    Conduct research and analysis of industry trends in employer branding and content strategies, providing insights to improve our approach.
b.    Collaborate with regional talent managers to tailor and test communication strategies, incorporating regional nuances and talent drivers.
c.    Develop and articulate a compelling employee value proposition (EVP) that reflects the organization’s values, culture, and unique offerings.
d.    Regularly review and adjust branding strategies to ensure they resonate with diverse talent audiences across different markets.
3.    Content creation and development: 
a.    Create engaging copy for various marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital ads, and event communications, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone of voice.
b.    Develop strategic content such as blogs, playbooks, and reports that support talent communications and broader business objectives.
c.    Document and share best practices for talent communications, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all platforms.
d.    Analyze the performance of communication campaigns, using A/B testing and other metrics to drive continuous improvement.
4.    Collaboration and review:
a.    Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and cohesion in talent communications across the organization.
b.    Provide editorial review and guidance on internal and external-facing communications, ensuring they meet brand standards and strategic objectives.
c.    Work closely with creative teams to produce compelling content that attracts and retains top talent, ensuring it aligns with the company’s EVP.
5.    Process improvement and workflow management:
a.    Develop and implement streamlined processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to manage workflow for internal communications and talent marketing teams.
b.    Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination across teams to deliver high-quality, timely content that meets business needs.
