Job Description

Responsibilities


•    Identify and escalate critical incidents with a strong sense of urgency and ownership 
•    Provide updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication. 
•    Use CONCUR skills to trouble-shoot configuration issues – (Preferable) 
•    Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to resolve the issues 
•    Handle customer requests within the prescribed SLA. Able to work in a competitive environment, meet the KPIs productivity quality and provide customer satisfaction
