We are looking for:

a creative leader with 5+ experience in social media strategy for consumer-facing or entertainment brands

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

1.Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy tailored to each platform and for the TV audience

Conduct competitor analysis and research emerging platforms and AI trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve

Leverage insights to refine and evolve the social media strategy

Collaborate with internal stakeholders Content & Research teams to understand content trends on TV and share Marquee highlights and direction with the social media agency

2.Content Creation & Management:

Lead content planning and calendar management, ensuring a mix of content/ entertainment led and moment driven content

Collaborate with partners to design high-quality, platform-specific content that resonates with the target audience

Drive creator content to build a differentiated Tata Play perspective while scaling performance of the page

3.Performance Analytics:

Track and analyze the performance of social campaigns, leveraging data to optimize content and strategy
