Lead, coordinate, and drive project delivery for SuccessFactors Application Maintenance and Support or Digital HR client advisory services. 

Should have the capability to handle multiple projects and handle delivery of multiple projects simultaneously 

Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges. Take ownership and manage the delivery of SAP AMS projects to enhance our client's business functionality and overall performance.

Provide SME advice and guide project team members to connect with the relevant experts.

Support the SAP practice in leading business development efforts, creating delivery plans, scope discovery workshops, and solution presentations to senior executives.

Support SAP capability leader in practice management initiatives such as recruitment and developing others.

Have the ability to review and provide quality assurance for milestone-based deliverables.

Relationships, capability, and experiences working with custom BTP applications, SAP alliance, and other SAP partner products such as Workforce Solutions, DocuSign and Centrical etc. will be a plus point.
