Responsibilities
As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to:
a. Regulatory Compliances
b. Contractual Compliances
c. Process Controls.
Create a strategy for preventingviolations of regulatory compliances, contractual compliances, process controls
Evaluate the efficiency of controls
Identify risks or non-conformity issues
Identify compliance issues and necessary training
