Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS SQL Server and Facets along with domain experience in Payer. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. Travel is not required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and design of product solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of MS SQL Server and Facets in client environments.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for Payer domain-related projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of product solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of product implementations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and optimize product performance to meet client expectations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
  • Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during product implementation.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical insights and expertise during client engagements.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS SQL Server and Facets.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in the Payer domain.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Show proficiency in English language skills both written and spoken.
  • Have a proven track record of successful product implementations.
  • Display strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Show attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Have experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
