Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Automation Architecture and Automation with mandatory domain experience in Investran. This role will involve overseeing the testing processes to ensure high-quality software delivery and will contribute significantly to our companys success and societal impact.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of test strategies for various projects.Oversee the automation architecture to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.Provide guidance on best practices for automation and ensure adherence to these practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software.Manage the testing lifecycle from planning to execution and reporting.Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with the overall project goals and timelines.Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.Conduct regular reviews of test cases and scripts to ensure they meet the required standards.Identify and mitigate risks associated with the testing process.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress and status of testing activities.Ensure that all defects are logged tracked and resolved in a timely manner.Mentor and train junior testers to enhance their skills and knowledge.Continuously improve the testing processes to enhance the overall quality of the software.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Automation Architecture and Automation.Have mandatory domain experience in Investran.Experience in InvestOne and GoldenSource is a plus.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.Be capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.Have experience in mentoring and training junior team members.Be familiar with the latest trends and best practices in software testing.Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
