Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pure Storage flash storage Cisco SAN Switch Admin and Brocade SAN Switch Admin. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our storage infrastructure.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of storage solutions using Pure Storage flash storage.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Cisco SAN Switches.
  • Provide expert-level support for Brocade SAN Switches.
  • Ensure the high availability and performance of storage systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate storage solutions with other IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor and optimize storage performance and capacity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for storage infrastructure and procedures.
  • Implement best practices for data protection and disaster recovery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage-related issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of storage systems to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in storage solutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on storage technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of storage infrastructure and processes.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Pure Storage flash storage.
  • Must have strong expertise in Cisco SAN Switch Administration.
  • Must have significant experience with Brocade SAN Switch Administration.
  • Nice to have experience in updating customer master data.
  • Nice to have experience in maintaining open invoices.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Should have a strong understanding of data protection and disaster recovery best practices.
  • Should be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
