Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team in the Asset and Wealth Management domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jenkins Scrum Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest quality standards in our software development lifecycle. The position operates on a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance efforts for projects within the Asset and Wealth Management domain.
  • Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using Selenium TestNG and Jenkins.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment using Jenkins and Maven.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Develop and maintain test plans test cases and test scripts for various applications.
  • Execute and analyze test results to identify defects and ensure software quality.
  • Utilize Jira for tracking and managing defects enhancements and project tasks.
  • Implement and manage test environments ensuring they are up-to-date and reflective of production environments.
  • Conduct performance testing and provide detailed reports on system performance and reliability.
  • Mentor junior quality engineers and provide training on tools and methodologies.
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements within the Asset and Wealth Management domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in the software development lifecycle.

  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model.
