Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience in JavaScript MDM Architecture and Stibo. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain - Consumer Goods. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to drive technical excellence and innovation in our projects.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of technical solutions using JavaScript MDM Architecture and Stibo.
  • Oversee the design and architecture of supply chain management systems to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical implementations.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support system maintenance and future enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in supply chain management and consumer goods technology.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering innovative solutions that enhance supply chain operations and impact society positively.

  • Possess strong expertise in JavaScript MDM Architecture and Stibo.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of supply chain management and consumer goods domain.
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Show proficiency in technical documentation and code review processes.
  • Display a proactive approach to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.

    Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Stibo Systems Certification
