Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Architect with 13 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP TM-Subcontracting & Tendering SAP TM-Freight Cost Management & Settlement and SAP TM-Transportation Planning. Additionally experience in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain - Consumer Goods is mandatory. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring seamless integration with SAP TM
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP TM solutions to optimize transportation management processes.Oversee the integration of SAP TM modules with existing supply chain systems to ensure seamless operations.Provide expert guidance on SAP TM-Subcontracting & Tendering to streamline subcontracting processes.Implement SAP TM-Freight Cost Management & Settlement to enhance cost efficiency and accuracy in freight management.Develop and execute SAP TM-Transportation Planning strategies to improve transportation planning and execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP TM solutions.Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on SAP TM functionalities and best practices.Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP TM-related activities.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP TM modules to ensure optimal performance.Lead the development of documentation and training materials for SAP TM processes and procedures.Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP TM solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of transportation management processes.Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of SAP TM-Subcontracting & Tendering SAP TM-Freight Cost Management & Settlement and SAP TM-Transportation Planning.Demonstrate expertise in Supply Chain Management and Supply ChainConsumer Goods.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex transportation management challenges.Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Display proficiency in conducting workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.Certifications Required
