Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Change LifeCycle Management IT Service Management Incident Management End User Tools - Nexthink Windows and Networking. The role requires a strong background in Client Services (Branch Bkg). This is a work from office position with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions to support business operations.Oversee the management of Change LifeCycle processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.Provide expertise in IT Service Management to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.Manage incident resolution processes to ensure timely and effective problem-solving.Utilize End User ToolsNexthink to monitor and optimize end-user experiences.Administer Windows-based systems to ensure stability and performance.Implement and maintain networking solutions to support robust and secure connectivity.Collaborate with client services teams to understand and address branch banking needs.Develop and enforce infrastructure policies and procedures to maintain high standards.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in all infrastructure activities.Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Change LifeCycle Management with proven experience.Demonstrate expertise in IT Service Management and its application in real-world scenarios.Have a solid understanding of Incident Management processes and best practices.Show proficiency in using End User ToolsNexthink for monitoring and optimization.Exhibit advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and their administration.Display comprehensive understanding of networking principles and technologies.Have experience in Client Services (Branch Bkg) and its specific requirements.Be a native English speaker with excellent reading writing and speaking skills.Hold relevant certifications in IT Service Management or related fields.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Show strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
