Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Ops Specialist with 10 to 14 years of experience in Windows Server Admin GCP Terraform Ansible and Windows Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Consumer Lending. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure to support our business objectives.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure high availability and performance.Oversee the deployment and management of infrastructure on GCP using Terraform.Implement and manage configuration management using Ansible.Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows Administration tasks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business needs.Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations.Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.Lead efforts to improve infrastructure reliability and scalability.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our infrastructure.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in Windows Server Administration.Must have hands-on experience with GCP and Terraform.Must be proficient in using Ansible for configuration management.Must have strong skills in Windows Administration.Must have domain experience in Consumer Lending.Nice to have experience with hybrid work models and rotational shifts.Nice to have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Nice to have strong communication and collaboration abilities.Nice to have experience in automating infrastructure tasks.Nice to have knowledge of security best practices and compliance.Nice to have ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Nice to have a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.Nice to have experience in creating and maintaining documentation.
