Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience in Analytics Analysis and Design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Industry Essentials and will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. This role does not require travel. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and contributing to the companys success.
Responsibilities
Lead technical projects from inception to completion ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Oversee the analysis and design of complex systems ensuring alignment with business requirements.Provide expertise in analytics to drive data-driven decision-making processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions.Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in all technical activities.Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing project activities.Identify and mitigate potential risks in technical projects ensuring smooth project execution.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
