Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with 8 to 11 years of experience in Ignition Full Stack development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Ignition Full Stack technologies and the ability to drive projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers to design develop and implement Ignition Full Stack applications.Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality performance and security standards are met.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into development practices.Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications and user manuals.Participate in project planning and estimation providing accurate timelines and resource requirements.Implement and enforce coding standards ensuring consistency and maintainability across projects.Drive continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to enhance development processes and tools.Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Ignition Full Stack development.Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show proficiency in project management and the ability to lead a team.Display a deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.Have experience with version control systems such as Git.Be familiar with agile development practices and tools.
Certifications Required
Certified Ignition Full Stack Developer Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
