Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Consultant with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TW-Admin Queries Config TW-Basic Config and Trackwise On-prem. A background in COTS Products within the Life Sciences Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain is a plus. This role involves providing expert guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of our product solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of Trackwise On-prem solutions to meet client requirements.Oversee the development and execution of TW-Admin Queries Config to ensure data integrity and accessibility.Provide expert advice on TW-Basic Config to optimize system performance and user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for product customization.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations and customizations.Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the product.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation.Participate in client meetings to provide technical insights and recommendations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all configurations.Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions.Stay updated with the latest advancements in Trackwise and related technologies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in TW-Admin Queries Config ensuring robust data management.Demonstrate proficiency in TW-Basic Config to enhance system functionality.Have a strong background in Trackwise On-prem implementation and support.Experience in COTS Products within the Life Sciences Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain is a plus.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
