Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Ops Specialist with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Oracle Database Administration with Cloud knowledge as primary and Postgres Database Administration as a secondary skill set


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Manage and maintain Postgre AWS and Oracle Database environments to support business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for database-related issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and monitor security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to enhance system efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in Finance and Accounting.
  • Lead efforts to automate routine tasks and improve operational workflows.
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices and new technologies.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution to ensure business continuity.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Postgre AWS and Oracle Database Administration.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Finance and Accounting domain.
  • Have a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Show proficiency in managing hybrid work models and day shifts.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Maintain a proactive and detail-oriented approach to infrastructure management.

    AWS Certified Solutions Architect Oracle Certified Professional PostgreSQL Certification
