Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 7-8 years of experience specializing in DB2 Application DBA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Governance Risk & Compliance and Finance & Accounting. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust infrastructure solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the management and optimization of DB2 databases to ensure high performance and availability.
  • Provide technical expertise in DB2 Application DBA to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure design and management.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks in the infrastructure.
  • Implement governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Support finance and accounting teams by providing reliable and efficient infrastructure solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to proactively address potential issues.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on infrastructure best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure and DB2 Application DBA.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in DB2 Application DBA.
  • Should have a strong understanding of Governance Risk & Compliance.
  • Nice to have experience in Finance & Accounting.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing infrastructure challenges.
