Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience specializing in Mulesoft. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality and data governance. Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Mulesoft-based integration solutions.Oversee the implementation of data quality and data governance frameworks.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in all technical deliverables.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration solutions.Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.Participate in project planning and provide accurate time and resource estimates.Engage with stakeholders to gather and refine technical requirements.Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in technical roles with at least 5 years specializing in Mulesoft.Demonstrate expertise in data quality and data governance practices.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Showcase excellent communication and collaboration skills.Have experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.Display a strong understanding of integration best practices and industry standards.Hold a relevant certification in Mulesoft or a related field.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Exhibit knowledge of security and data privacy regulations.Have experience in project planning and resource estimation.Show a proactive approach to continuous improvement initiatives.
