Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring along with a strong background in IT Security. This role will focus on designing and implementing robust AEM solutions while ensuring the highest standards of security.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM components templates and workflows.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team for AEM-related projects.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of AEM systems by implementing best practices in IT Security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AEM architecture processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and IT Security.
  • Optimize AEM performance and scalability to handle high traffic and large volumes of content.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on AEM technologies and best practices.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of AEM upgrades and migrations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all AEM implementations.
