Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 16 years of experience in managing programs with a strong focus on budget cost and profit management. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning execution and delivery of multiple programs to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage program budgets costs and profits to ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans including schedules resource allocation and risk management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resources are effectively utilized and program goals are achieved.
  • Monitor program progress and performance providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure program success.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary resources and knowledge to succeed.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote team success.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve program outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
