Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills in Automation and domain expertise in Payer. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work primarily during the day shift. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our business goals and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Oversee the development and deployment of technical architectures that meet business requirements.Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure successful project delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and meet industry standards.Conduct regular reviews of existing systems and recommend improvements or upgrades.Develop and maintain documentation for all architectural designs and implementations.Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet desired outcomes.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation and payer domains.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions.Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and best practices.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the payer domain.Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company by providing insights and recommendations based on technical expertise.
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in architecture with a focus on automation.Must have domain expertise in the payer industry.Should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.Should have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.Nice to have experience with hybrid work models and managing remote teams.Nice to have certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Should have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.Must be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.Should have experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation.Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.Should have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
