Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infra Developer with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SRE Grafana ELK Dynatrace AppMon and Splunk along with domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our mission of improving healthcare systems.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of infrastructure solutions to support healthcare claims processing.
  • Oversee the implementation of SRE practices to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Provide expertise in Grafana for monitoring and visualizing system metrics.
  • Utilize ELK stack for log management and data analysis to enhance system insights.
  • Implement and manage Dynatrace AppMon for application performance monitoring.
  • Leverage Splunk for advanced data analytics and operational intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all infrastructure projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain optimal operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure practices and tools.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in infrastructure development and management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SRE practices and tools.
  • Have extensive experience with Grafana ELK Dynatrace AppMon and Splunk.
  • Show proficiency in managing healthcare claims systems specifically Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hold a relevant certification such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
