Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Pega technologies and a strong background in the Payer domain. This role involves designing developing and implementing Pega-based solutions to drive business efficiency and innovation.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of Pega Platform ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance on Pega Application Development ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Develop and maintain Pega Reporting solutions to provide actionable insights.
  • Integrate Pega Data and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Enhance user experience by implementing Pega User Experience best practices.
  • Implement Pega Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.
  • Manage Pega Case Management to streamline business processes.
  • Drive the implementation of PEGA Sales Automation to improve sales efficiency.
  • Oversee PEGA Customer Service solutions to enhance customer interactions.
  • Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the Payer domain.

  • Possess a strong background in Pega technologies including Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Pega Data and Integration ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Have experience in enhancing user experience through Pega User Experience best practices.
  • Show proficiency in implementing Pega Mobility solutions.
  • Be skilled in managing Pega Case Management to streamline processes.
  • Have experience in driving PEGA Sales Automation and PEGA Customer Service solutions.
  • Utilize PEGA Decision Hub for data-driven decision-making.
  • Possess domain expertise in the Payer industry.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
