Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infra Developer with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 CRM. This role will involve developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that support our business objectives. Experience in Investment Banking Operations or Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing CRM systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Ensure that all infrastructure solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all infrastructure solutions and processes.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to management on the status of infrastructure projects.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
  • Provide technical support during the deployment of new infrastructure solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of infrastructure development.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure development with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills in CRM system development and maintenance.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Have experience in Investment Banking Operations or Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.
  • Display strong communication skills and the ability to provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
