Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in UiPath development and a solid background in Finance and Accounting. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the successful execution of testing strategies and the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning design and execution of testing strategies for various projects.Oversee the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using UiPath.Provide guidance and support to the testing team to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of test documentation and reports.Monitor and track testing progress providing regular updates to stakeholders.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential issues.Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.Coordinate with the Finance and Accounting teams to ensure domain-specific requirements are met.Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions for team members.Manage test environments and ensure their availability for testing activities.
Qualifications
Possess a strong technical background in UiPath development.Have extensive experience in Finance and Accounting domains.Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.Show proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Have a proven track record of leading and managing testing teams.Display a deep understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.Be familiar with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Show commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.Possess the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Have experience in risk assessment and mitigation planning.Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in test documentation.
