Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow GRC. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure architecture and the ability to drive impactful solutions. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery.Oversee the integration of ServiceNow Performance Analytics to enhance system performance and reporting.Provide expertise in ServiceNow GRC to ensure compliance and risk management across the organization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and maintain architectural standards and best practices for infrastructure projects.Ensure the scalability reliability and security of infrastructure solutions.Conduct regular performance assessments and implement improvements based on analytics data.Support the development and maintenance of documentation for infrastructure architecture and processes.Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and technical skills.Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve infrastructure services.Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Facilitate smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure project success.Contribute to the companys mission by delivering robust and efficient infrastructure solutions that enhance overall business performance.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery.Should possess strong skills in ServiceNow Performance Analytics for effective data-driven decision-making.Must be proficient in ServiceNow GRC to manage governance risk and compliance.Should have a solid understanding of infrastructure architecture principles and best practices.Must be able to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.Should have excellent communication and documentation skills.
