Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineering Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in POS .NET AWS NoSQL Shell scripting. Experience in applying cash to invoices is a plus. This hybrid role requires day shifts and may involve travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the product engineering team to develop and deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Oversee the design development and implementation of applications using .NET AWS NoSQL and Shell scripting.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure the integration of POS Basics into the software solutions to enhance functionality.
  • Manage the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance to meet user expectations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in .NET AWS NoSQL and Shell scripting.
  • Have experience with POS Basics and its integration into software solutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Show proficiency in managing the software development lifecycle.
  • Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be able to work in a hybrid model with day shifts.
  • Be willing to travel as required.
  • Have experience in applying cash to invoices (nice to have).
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Show a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
