Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 8 to 10 years of experience in Pega technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience Pega Mobility Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub. Experience in Charles River Advent Geneva Eagle and Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the development and deployment of Pega applications ensuring high performance and reliability.Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on Pega projects.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the integration of Pega applications with other enterprise systems and data sources.Develop and maintain Pega reporting solutions to provide actionable insights to business users.Enhance user experience by designing intuitive and efficient Pega interfaces.Implement Pega mobility solutions to enable access to applications on mobile devices.Manage Pega case management processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to develop and deploy decisioning strategies that drive business outcomes.Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications and integrations.Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience in Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience Pega Mobility Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub.Nice to have experience in Charles River Advent Geneva Eagle and Asset & Wealth Management.Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality Pega solutions on time and within budget.
Certifications Required
Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) or equivalent certification in Pega technologies.
