Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra Ops Specialist with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AppDynamics Synthetic Monitoring AppDynamics Analytics and AppDynamics Work Model. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage and optimize our infrastructure operations ensuring seamless performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and management of AppDynamics Synthetic Monitoring to ensure optimal application performance.Provide detailed analysis and insights using AppDynamics Analytics to identify and resolve performance issues.Manage and optimize the AppDynamics Work Model to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure operations align with business objectives.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.Implement best practices for infrastructure management and continuous improvement.Conduct regular performance reviews and capacity planning to support business growth.Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures in all infrastructure operations.Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.Participate in the development and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in infrastructure operations.Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring a stable and efficient infrastructure.
Qualifications
