Job Summary

Certified Pega BA with 3 5 years expr in Business Analysis including BPM applications Proven experience as an application support analyst production support Discuss with SME to identify requirement gaps . Validate Non functional requirements if any. Update Use Cases and Document Traceability Matrix


Responsibilities

  • Provide functional direction to team. Conduct functional testing during development phase Provide application walkthrough to the training and documentation team Support Training team in reviewing documents and during UAT phase Conduct Sanity testing after deployments in all environments QA UAT Production Business Analysis Professiona CBAP or an equivalent certification will be an advantage Past track record in business analysis application solutioning and design Analytical conceptualization and problem solving skills Ability to define business requirements in business process modelling tool Ability to perform qualitative quantitative and root cause analysis Pro-active resourceful and self-motivated to innovate and take smart risks to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction Ability to facilitate discussions workshops to elicit manage and prioritise key business needs Ability to take a broad strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage Results and customer oriented. Team player with strong organization and people handling skills Good communication skills both oral and written with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders Manage the Business Requirements and Functional Solution aspects of the project Analyse the Authoritys needs scope the problem and develop business case to address the problem Document requirements source and evaluate alternatives and recommend solution(s) that best fit the needs Work with the business users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution(s) Perform Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring: Identify stakeholders techniques and processes to manage track and trace requirements Refine and clarify business need define solution scope and develop business case Manage conflicts issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on
