Responsibilities
Provide functional direction to team. Conduct functional testing during development phase Provide application walkthrough to the training and documentation team Support Training team in reviewing documents and during UAT phase Conduct Sanity testing after deployments in all environments QA UAT Production Business Analysis Professiona CBAP or an equivalent certification will be an advantage Past track record in business analysis application solutioning and design Analytical conceptualization and problem solving skills Ability to define business requirements in business process modelling tool Ability to perform qualitative quantitative and root cause analysis Pro-active resourceful and self-motivated to innovate and take smart risks to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction Ability to facilitate discussions workshops to elicit manage and prioritise key business needs Ability to take a broad strategic perspective as well as drill deep to understand business needs and challenges Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage Results and customer oriented.
