Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of functional solutions in ECC SD MM and FICO to meet business requirements.Oversee the testing and documentation processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.Provide expertise in scoping fine-tuning and configuring SAP systems to optimize performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP CX Sales Core Extensibility and other modules.Drive the integration of various SAP modules to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.Ensure that all configurations and customizations are documented and adhere to best practices.Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new functionalities and processes.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system stability and reliability.Develop and maintain strong relationships with business users to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to bring innovative solutions to the organization.Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.Provide strategic insights to senior management on the impact of SAP solutions on business operations.
Qualifications
