Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Incident Management Service Desk and Service Now with a deep understanding of Windows environments. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the management and resolution of incidents to ensure minimal disruption to operations.Provide expert guidance on Service Desk operations to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.Utilize Service Now to streamline IT service management processes and enhance service delivery.Ensure the stability and security of Windows environments through proactive monitoring and maintenance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure-related issues.Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture and processes.Conduct regular assessments of the IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.Implement best practices for incident management and service desk operations.Provide training and support to IT staff on infrastructure-related topics.Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the infrastructure remains current.Participate in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Contribute to the overall success of the IT department by ensuring the infrastructure supports business goals.
Qualifications
