Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Incident Management Service Desk and Service Now with a deep understanding of Windows environments. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the management and resolution of incidents to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on Service Desk operations to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Utilize Service Now to streamline IT service management processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure the stability and security of Windows environments through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture and processes.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices for incident management and service desk operations.
  • Provide training and support to IT staff on infrastructure-related topics.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the infrastructure remains current.
  • Participate in the development of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the IT department by ensuring the infrastructure supports business goals.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Incident Management demonstrating the ability to manage and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Have a strong background in Service Desk operations with a focus on improving user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Be proficient in using Service Now to enhance IT service management processes.
  • Have a deep understanding of Windows environments including proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Possess strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records of infrastructure architecture and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure the infrastructure remains current.
