Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and will not require travel. Experience in Billing domain is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the customization and configuration of SFDC applications to ensure optimal performance.Provide technical expertise in SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and functionality.Manage SFDC integrations with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.Develop and implement SFDC Omnistudio solutions to streamline business processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for SFDC projects.Ensure the scalability and maintainability of SFDC solutions through best practices and standards.Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFDC applications and integrations.Stay updated with the latest SFDC features and technologies to drive continuous improvement.Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge in SFDC.Provide technical documentation and training to end-users and stakeholders.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering innovative SFDC solutions that drive business growth.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization.Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Lightning and its components.Have strong knowledge of SFDC Integration techniques and tools.Exhibit expertise in SFDC Configuration and its best practices.Experience with Omnistudio is essential.Domain experience in Billing is a nice to have.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing business needs.Proven track record of delivering high-quality SFDC solutions.Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Commitment to staying updated with the latest SFDC technologies and trends.Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
