Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. The role requires domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP BTP environments to ensure optimal performance.Provide expert-level support for SAP HANA Administration ensuring data integrity and system reliability.Manage NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin tasks including system upgrades and patch management.Administer SAP Basis systems ensuring seamless integration and operation across platforms.Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to align SAP solutions with business processes.Develop and enforce best practices for SAP system security and compliance.Conduct performance tuning and optimization for SAP applications to enhance user experience.Implement disaster recovery plans and backup strategies for SAP environments.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all SAP-related activities.
Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Administration and its application in business processes.Demonstrate expertise in SAP BTP Administration with a focus on performance and scalability.Have extensive experience in SAP HANA Administration ensuring high availability and data accuracy.Be proficient in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin managing complex system landscapes.Show strong capabilities in SAP Basis Administration supporting diverse business needs.Exhibit domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting integrating financial systems with SAP solutions.Understand the Devices / SPM domain optimizing SAP applications for device management.Have excellent problem-solving skills addressing technical challenges efficiently.Be able to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.Possess strong communication skills facilitating collaboration across teams.Demonstrate a proactive approach to system monitoring and issue resolution.Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies.Show a track record of successful project delivery in a complex SAP environment.
