Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with 11 to 13 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to design and implement robust solutions that align with our business objectives. Experience in the Finance & Accounting or Automotive Industry is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications using SFDC Development and Customization.
  • Provide expertise in SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and interface design.
  • Manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
  • Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop technical specifications and design documents for Salesforce projects.
  • Ensure that solutions are scalable maintainable and meet quality standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to development teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
  • Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Lightning for user interface enhancements.
  • Have solid knowledge of SFDC Integration for seamless data flow.
  • Show proficiency in SFDC Configuration to optimize system performance.
  • Experience in Omnistudio is essential for advanced customization.
  • Domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting is a nice to have.
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are essential.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members is important.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
