Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java Oracle Retail - RO and Oracle Retail - COE. Experience in POS Software & Hardware and POS Analytics is a plus. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Java and Oracle Retail technologies.
  • Oversee the implementation of Oracle Retail
  • RO and Oracle Retail
  • COE to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Optimize system performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Java development with extensive experience in Oracle Retail
  • RO and Oracle Retail
  • COE.
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
  • Have a solid understanding of POS Software & Hardware and POS Analytics.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Display strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer Oracle Retail Certification
