Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java Oracle Retail - COE and Oracle Retail - RO. Experience in POS Software & Hardware and POS Analytics is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java and Oracle Retail technologies.
  • Oversee the implementation of Oracle Retail
  • COE and Oracle Retail
  • RO to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all software solutions.
  • Ensure that all software solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of software development projects.
  • Mentor and train junior developers to help them grow their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that all project goals and objectives are met.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Java and Oracle Retail
  • COE.
  • Have experience with Oracle Retail
  • RO.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of POS Software & Hardware and POS Analytics.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Show strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Possess the ability to mentor and train junior team members.
  • Show a strong understanding of software development best practices.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
