Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Advance Service Cloud Salesforce Mobile App and Sales Cloud. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. Experience in Multi Channel domain is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for Salesforce Advance Service Cloud Salesforce Mobile App and Sales Cloud applications.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting of test results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in accordance with company standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability and scalability.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability.
  • Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in testing tools and techniques.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Salesforce Advance Service Cloud Salesforce Mobile App and Sales Cloud.
  • Should have a good understanding of Multi Channel domain.
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have experience in creating and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Must be proficient in using testing tools and frameworks.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
