Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Quality and Data Governance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and contribute to our companys success. The position does not require travel and follows a day shift schedule.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce projects.
  • Implement best practices for data quality and data governance.
  • Monitor and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Salesforce processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
