Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java Oracle Retail - RO and Oracle Retail - COE. Experience in POS Software & Hardware and POS Analytics is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java and Oracle Retail technologies.
  • Oversee the integration of Oracle Retail
  • RO and Oracle Retail
  • COE systems to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new projects.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide training on new technologies and methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Java and Oracle Retail
  • RO.
  • Have experience with Oracle Retail
  • COE systems.
  • Nice to have experience in POS Software & Hardware.
  • Nice to have experience in POS Analytics.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving the companys goals and objectives.
