Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python3 FreeRTOS Linux and Embedded Systems - C/C++. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of software solutions using Python3 FreeRTOS Linux and Embedded SystemsC/C++.Oversee the implementation of embedded systems projects ensuring high performance and reliability.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to industry standards.Develop and maintain documentation for software designs code and processes.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all software solutions.Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.Contribute to the development of best practices for software development and deployment.Engage in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and address any challenges.Support the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet the required specifications.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Python3 FreeRTOS Linux and Embedded SystemsC/C++.Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal.Show experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry advancements.Display a strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices.
