- Need to manage overall IFM Services operations at multiple client sites.
- Client Contract Management
- Managing Budgeting & financials of the accounts.
- Site Compliance Management
- Vendor compliance Management
- Supporting Business solutions team for new business pitches, site survey & proposal etc.
- Timely monthly invoice processing of the client site.
- Manage client receivables & vendor payment
- Supporting new client transition
Qualification- Any Degree are MBA
Experience- 7-to 10 years of experience in property management preferably from the competition
