Job Description: Manager – Sales Closing

Location: Baner-Sus / Kharadi
Reports to: Manager – Sales
Experience: 3–6 years

With an increasing inflow of qualified leads and project launches, we are looking for a dynamic Manager – Sales Closing to convert high-intent prospects into satisfied VJ customers. This role is critical in ensuring smooth deal closures, maximizing conversion ratios, and delivering exceptional buying experiences. By focusing on consultative selling and strong follow-through, this position directly drives revenue growth and contributes to our ambitious sales targets.


What Success Looks Like in 1 Year

  • Consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales closure targets.

  • A high lead-to-closure conversion ratio through structured sales processes.

  • Excellent customer satisfaction scores during and post the closing process.

  • Efficient coordination with pre-sales, CRM, and finance teams for seamless handovers.

  • Recognition as a reliable deal-closer who inspires confidence in both customers and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales closing process from site visits to final booking.

  • Engage deeply with prospects to understand requirements, clarify queries, and present tailored solutions.

  • Conduct project walkthroughs, financial discussions, and price negotiations to close deals effectively.

  • Ensure documentation accuracy and smooth coordination with CRM/finance for timely agreement execution.

  • Maintain updated records of leads, closures, and revenue pipelines in sales dashboards/CRM.

  • Provide feedback on customer objections, competitor insights, and market trends to management.

  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion strategies.

  • Build strong trust-based relationships with buyers, ensuring a premium experience at every touchpoint.


Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)

  • 3–6 years in direct sales/real estate sales with proven closing track record.

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

  • Experience in managing high-value transactions and customer decision cycles.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and structured sales pipelines.


Nice-to-Haves (Can Be Learned on the Job)

  • Exposure to premium real estate projects and HNI client segments.

  • Prior experience in channel partner coordination.

  • Knowledge of home loan/finance processes to support buyers.

  • Comfort with digital tools for virtual walkthroughs and online transactions.
