General Responsibilities Across Positions:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our projects and brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Manage budgets and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Specific Job Descriptions:

1. Project Launch Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the launch of new projects from concept to execution.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for successful project launches.
  • Expectations: Proven experience in project management and marketing in real estate.

2. Brand Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance the brand identity of Vilas Javdekar Developers.
  • Conduct brand audits and monitor brand perception.
  • Create and oversee brand communication strategies.
  • Expectations: Strong background in brand management with a creative mindset.

3. Graphic and Visual Designer Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive visual branding.
  • Stay updated on design trends and technologies.
  • Expectations: Proven graphic design experience with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

4. GRE (Guest Relations Executive) Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
