Responsibilities

Global HR support across Sales, Marketing, and Growth Operations

End to end contractor management

Act as first level HR support for India based teams

Hiring and integration support:

Taleo template creation & Helpmate ticket creation for new Taleo creation

Onboarding support for all teams, including:
-
Informing L&D team about new joiners and including them in respective new waves of training programs

Org announcement structure and update
-
Distribution List creation and maintenance on a weekly basis
-
Arranging SFDC and PowerBI access
-
Engagement and communications support:

Support L&D team on HR related communications and tracking
